International Commercial Litigation

We represent States, corporations and investors in high-stakes cross-border commercial disputes across multiple jurisdictions.

Turning complexity into strategic clarity

We represent sovereign entities, multinational corporations, financial institutions and private clients in high-stakes cross-border disputes, often involving parallel proceedings, conflicting jurisdictions or sensitive public interests.

Our litigation practice covers complex contractual and corporate disputes, insolvency-related matters, emergency relief and enforcement actions before national courts.

From the outset, we approach litigation as a strategic exercise. Each matter is assessed not only through a legal lens but also in light of its financial, reputational and geopolitical implications.

We design and execute litigation strategies that are disciplined, coordinated across jurisdictions and aligned with our clients’ broader objectives — whether defensive, offensive or settlement-driven.
