Clotilde Cattier advises on corporate and private wealth taxation, with a practice focused on cross-border situations, particularly between France and Switzerland.
After more than eight years within the corporate tax and M&A departments of Taj (Deloitte network) and STC Partners, she has developed a cross-functional approach enabling her to address both corporate and personal tax issues in a consistent and integrated manner.
Based in Switzerland since 2013, she advises on projects involving an international dimension, including restructuring operations, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate investments. She also assists clients with wealth structuring, estate planning and international mobility.
Her practice relies on a strong understanding of both French and Swiss legal and tax environments, allowing her to anticipate the impact of transactions on each side of the border and ensure their overall coherence.

- Reorganisation of Franco-Swiss assets aimed at streamlining ownership structures, securing the tax treatment of wealth transfers and managing wealth tax exposure.

- Advised a foreign company following dawn raids and searches based on the alleged existence of a permanent establishment in France.
- Assisted in challenging the measures, handling the subsequent tax audit and, where applicable, negotiating with the tax authorities on the allocation of profits between jurisdictions, including the implementation of a mutual agreement procedure.
